Shannon is a solicitor in our Property and Commercial team. He commenced working for Crouch and Lyndon Lawyers in 2017 after previously working in a top 10 national law firm, and other national firms. He was admitted to practice in Queensland in 2012, completing a Bachelor of Law, a Bachelor of Justice, and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice at the Queensland University of Technology.
Shannon comes to Crouch and Lyndon Lawyers with a background in the Property, Commercial and Securities law. He has largely gained experience in residential and commercial conveyancing, the sale and purchase of businesses and retail and commercial leasing, and oversees a high volume of transactions each month.
In his previous roles, Shannon acted for banks, credit unions and other major financial institutions on a range of commercial, residential and business transactions. This experience has seen him draft, review and register caveats, easements, mortgages and security documents including loan agreements, fixed and floating charges, and legal advice certificates.
Shannon offers sound legal advice across a broad range of property, commercial and financial transactions and provides efficient and effective legal solutions for clients within a complex commercial environment.
